Nihao endeavors to offer classic, high-end and trendy glasses for all eyewear lovers around the world. We're confident that you'll love our eyeglass styles. However, if you're not fully satisfied with our product for some reason, don't worry, simply contact our customer service team for a refund or a replacement. Please refer to the following return policies.
From the date that you receive the glasses, you have 30 days to contact us if you want to return the eyeglasses for some reason.
If threre is inappropriate selection during the order, or you just dislike the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to your credit or debit card or PayPal account (excluding shipping).
If you think it's a manufacturing error, after confirmation, we'll remake this eyeglasses for you without charge, or provide 100% refund to your credit or debit card or PayPal account (excluding shipping).
1-Year Frame Warranty
We offer a 1-year frame warranty since you receive the eyeglasses. If there is any defect in materials or workmanship, we guarantee your frames and will repair or replace the product at no charge. But we're not responsible for man-made damage caused by breakage, falling down or improper care, etc.
We provide a 180-day warranty on our lenses and coatings. This includes our scratch guarantee. Should you scratch your lenses within 180 days from purchase, please return them to us, and we will replace at no charge.
How To Return Your Glasses?
1. Contact our customer service team via email@example.com to approve the return.
2. Securely pack your glasses and leave a note including the information of your name, order number, e-mail address that you used to place the order, reasons for the return. The eyeglasses have to remain in its original condition as received.
3. Ship the eyeglasses by a reliable Express company and tell us the tracking number to follow up.
4. After receiving your return, we will refund to your payment account within 3 working days. Normally the bank may need 7 to 10 working days to process this refund before you receive.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
